Train to Build on Solana

Turbin3 gave me the opportunity to learn and provided a beautiful platform to show my progress, teamwork, and leadership. The main idea, that nothing is impossible, is probably the thing that sticks with me the most.

Turbin3 made me more consistent, not just in showing up every day, but also in getting the work done. That discipline allowed me to contribute from the very first day at Paladin.

The most important thing is the mindset of a problem solver. No matter what ecosystem you choose, you must be able to search information, analyze errors, and find solutions.

Turbin3 doesn't hold your hand. You read the source, break things, and fix them. PDAs unlocked everything for me — once they stopped feeling like magic and started feeling like a deterministic key-value store, the rest of the program made sense. I shipped six programs on devnet including a trustless escrow, a GPT oracle, and a Token-2022 vault.

I learned new technologies for Solana development that I couldn't find anywhere else.
